The permissions on a CP are controlled via the ‘Permissions’. This panel manages who can see a CP and what they can do with it.

For registered users, CP permissions can be assigned to a Company (all users) or specific user(s) within a company (as above).
A non-registered user or users can also be added.
Company – Select the company from the drop down list.
User within a company – Select the company from the drop down list. Type the users name and select. The user must be a registered Sea/contracts user assigned to that company.
Non-registered user – Enter the email address of the person you wish to receive updates for this CP.
Draft status - this person will receive a PDF of the Recap together with any in-app attachments
Working Copy status - this person will receive a PDF of the Recap and a 'Working Copy' watermarked CP together with any in-app attachments
Final status - this person will receive a PDF of the Recap and the CP together with any in-app attachments
NOTE: They will not be able to view the recap or CP in the system.
Access
This only applies to registered users within the system.
There are 4 types of access role that can be assigned:
Read– will allow user to view this CP only.
Read Only (Extended)- will allow user to view CP, update company identifier and upload attachments.
Edit – will allow user to read, edit this CP and upload attachments.
Full Control – will allow user to copy this CP, share this CP, and modify permissions on this CP, as well as read and edit this CP and upload attachments. For each CP, there must always be one user with ‘Full Control’.
Click ‘ADD’ and then when ready to share, click ‘SHARE’.
Edit User Permissions
Edit Access – Click the three dots next to the appropriate user and select Edit Access to open the drop down menu. To register the change, click ‘SAVE’.
Remove User – User can have their CP access removed by clicking Remove User.
Also note that there is a search bar that will appear which you will need to use to scroll down to remove user.
