Sea/chat integration set up

A separate Sea/chat group chat ('chat room') needs to be created for EACH of the brokers who will be feeding rates into a company's grid.

Create the chat room, adding members as required, and send the full broker company name together with the URL of their associated chat room to support@sea.live.

This will be used to map Sea/chat to Sea/futures.

NOTE: Data received by chat message from chat rooms that are mapped to a users company can only be seen by other users in the same company.

A user will see data in all chat rooms of which they are a member. For instance a client talking to three brokers would see the messages in all three broker chat rooms - Broker Room 1, Broker Room 2, Broker Room 3.

However, a user who is only a member of Broker Room 1 with only see messages within this chat room.
