Unable to find a user from another Company

Unable to find user on System during sharing of Recap process

If you are unable to find an individual from another Company, it is most likely due to one of two reasons; "User within a Company" is wrong, or the individual does not have an account on the system.

A. "User within a company" is not in the correct allocated company list.

B. User is not registered on our system so the user would be required to send us an email to request account setup at Support@sea.live in the following format.

First Name:

Last Name:

Email address

Company:

Access level the user needs (or a colleague's name if you wish to replicate the same):
