When I search for a user from another company, their name isn't listed?

If you are unable to find an individual from another company, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The user is associated with the wrong company entity in the system.

  2. The user is not yet registered on the Sea platform.

    If the user is not registered on our system, they will need to email support@sea.live to request account setup.


    Please ensure the email includes the following information:

    • First Name:

    • Last Name:

    • Email Address:

    • Company Name:

    • Required Access Level (or the name of a colleague whose access level should be replicated).
