To notify a user that a CP or recap has been shared with them, or to prompt them to review it, you can send a notification email.
Click the three dots in the top right corner, then Share via email.
You can choose to send a notification email to all users or to individual users who have been granted access to the recap or CP via the Permissions panel.
Select the appropriate recipients and click Share.
Note: in Sea Contracts, this email notification is sent automatically to all users with access to the CP.
They will receive a notification email which includes the key information about the CP:
Charterer Company
Vessel Name
CP Date
CP Creator
CP ID
Status of the CP
The email also contains a direct link to the CP. Clicking the link will take the recipient straight to the CP within Sea Contracts.
